First, make sure you are logged into your account at https://client.witherhosting.com/ . Then, head on over to the manage contacts section.

Then, we will add a new contact by clicking the "Add contact" button.

Fill out the information regarding the subuser to be added. It's similar to filling out details when you were signing up. Make sure to set a password as well!
Account owners can change permissions of the subusers at anytime by going to Manage Contacts --> Clicking the gear icon on the user --> Edit details. Additionally, account owners can also login as the subuser to ensure the permissions they've set is to their liking!

Be sure to click on "Notify contact" so that they get emailed!

Once you have filled out the details, you can add/remove permissions for this subuser. There are a wide variety of options to choose from, so pick what you think is required for the subuser you are adding! There are also some pre-defined permissions such as "Accounting", "full privileges", and "technical staff".

For example, if you want to add a subuser to let them pay for bills, add them with the accounting permissions!

Once you are done choosing your permissions, click on submit and the user will be added!

If the subuser already has a registered account, please note that their account will have two passwords - One for the subuser login, and one for their client account!

As the subuser being added, go to your email inbox and check to see if you have been added to the account. You should see an email from us with your login information. Use that to login to the account!

You should now have access to the account!
