If your server uses port (25565/19132) we have to change your location manually. Open a ticket.
Firstly, make sure you are logged into WitherPanel.
Click the Pencil icon next to your servers location from the WitherPanel dashboard
Choose your next location, and click Transfer.
The Transfer process can take 5-60min for servers under 15GB. Sometimes it can take up to 6hours for extremely large servers.
