How to Clear Cache and Cookies

This guide explains how to clear your cache and cookies in your browser. If you face issues with our websites not loading properly, clearing your cache often resolves the problem.




Ensure the website is closed before proceeding with the steps below!

Google Chrome

Navigate to the top-right corner of Chrome and click on the three dots icon. Then, click on Settings.



In the Settings menu, use the search bar to type "clear browsing data". You should see a page like this:



Click on it and select the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".



Click "Clear Data". Reopen the website you wanted to visit, and it should load properly.

Mozilla Firefox

Navigate to the top-right corner of Firefox and click on the three dashes icon. Then, click on Settings.



In the Settings menu, use the search bar to type "cookies". You should see a page like this:



Click "Manage Data...".



Use the search bar to look for "witherpanel.com".



Click on it, then click "Remove", save changes, and click "Remove" again. The data is now cleared!
