This article answers some frequently asked questions about our billing system.

What are your available payment methods?



We accept PayPal, Stripe (Credit Card), and Cryptocurrency. We cannot process manual payments via gift cards, Google Pay, banks, etc.

Can I pay in a different currency?



Yes, payments made through our payment gateway will automatically convert to your chosen currency at the current exchange rates.


➕ How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Service ➕



How is the cost of my upgrade calculated?



The cost is the pro-rata difference between the two packages. For example, if you upgrade from 4GB to 8GB, you will pay $4. If you upgrade halfway through the month, you will pay $2.

Do I get account credit when downgrading my server?



Unfortunately, you do not receive account credit for the pro-rata difference between two packages. You will still be charged for the entire service month.

What if I want to downgrade from a premium plan to a budget service? Or from a premium multiserver to a budget multiserver? I can't seem to do it!



Please contact us to switch your tier pricing from premium to budget.

How do I convert my service from a Minecraft budget/premium to a multiserver or vice versa?

⏰ What to Do If Your Service is Pending ⏰



Why is it taking longer than usual to activate my server?



Occasionally, orders do not process due to special errors that need our attention. Please allow us some time to resolve the issue. Open a live chat for help.

Am I charged for the time my service is marked as pending?



No, you are not charged for the billing cycle until the service is marked as active.


💝 How to Claim Your Client Role 💝



I purchased a premium service but did not receive a premium role on Discord. Why?



Our system checks for new premium clients every 6 hours. Please allow some time for the role to be automatically assigned.


💵 How to Use Our Affiliate System 💵



How can I request a withdrawal?



When your balance exceeds $8, open a live chat to request a withdrawal of your credit.

My commissions are still "pending."



Commissions are provided once they pass through our verification checks. This process may take a few hours or days.


❌ How to Cancel Your Service with Us ❌



Do I get credit if I cancel immediately?



Unfortunately, you do not receive credit for the pro-rata time remaining if you cancel your services immediately.

I scheduled a cancellation at the end of the billing period, but I'm still receiving invoices/it says it's not canceled!



In this case, do not pay the invoice. Within 7 days past the due date, the service will be removed.


👥 How to Add a Subuser to Your Billing Account 👥



Can my subuser pay for my server bills?



Absolutely! Subusers can pay using their card information, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

How much can they pay?



Subusers can choose to pay the entire bill or add funds to your account to partially pay an invoice.

Is it possible to transfer server ownership to the subuser?



Open a live chat for further assistance with transferring server ownership.
