This article answers some frequently asked questions about our billing system.

📝 General information 📝

What are your available payment methods?

We have PayPal, Stripe ( Card ), & CryptoCurrency as our available payment methods. We cannot do any manual payments via gift cards, google pay, banks, etc.

Can I pay in a different currency?

Payments made through our payment gateway will automatically convert the currency you have paid in, so yes, you can pay in the currency of your choice with the current exchange rates.

➕ How to upgrade/downgrade your service ➕

How is the cost of my upgrade calculated?

It is the pro-rata difference between the two packages. For example, if you are upgrading from 4gb to 8gb, you will have to pay $4. If you are upgrading halfway through the month, you will need to pay $2.

Do I get account credit on downgrading my server?

Unfortunately you do not get account credit for the prot-rata difference between two packages. You will still be charged for the entire service month.

What if i want to downgrade to a budget service from a premium plan? Or from multiserver premium to multiserver budget? I can't seem to!

Please contact us to switch your tier pricing from premium to budget!

How do I convert my service from a minecraft budget/premium to a multiserver or vice versa?

You can open a live chat for us to assist you with this. Please be aware that you may have to pay more if you are converting between the services due to the service costs.

⏰ What to do if your service is pending? ⏰

Why are you taking longer than usual to accept my server?

Sometimes, orders do not accept due to special errors that need to be resolved by us. So, please give us some time and we can fix it and accept your order. Please open a live chat for us to help fix this!

Am I getting charged for the time my service is marked as pending?

No, you do not get charged for the billing cycle until the service is marked as active.

💝 How to claim your client role 💝

I purchased a premium service, but I did not recieve any premium role on discord! Why?

Our system checks every 6 hours for clients that have purchased premium. Please give it some time and the role would automatically be added to you.

💵 How to use our affiliate system 💵

How can I request a withdrawal?

When your balance is over $8, you can open a live chat to rquest for a withdrawal of your credit.

My commisions are still "pending"

The system will only provide commision once it has passed the commision through some checks. Please give it a few hours/days to get your commision.

❌ How to cancel your service with us ❌

Do I get credit if i cancel immediately?

Unfortunately you do not get credit for pro-rata time remaining if you cancel your services immediately with us.

I scheduled a cancellation at end of billing period, but im still getting invoices/says it's not cancelled!

In this case, just do not pay the invoice, and within 7 days past the due date of the service, the service will be removed.

👥 How to add a subuser to your billing account 👥

Can my subuser pay for my server bills?

Absolutely! They can pay with their card information/paypal information/crypto if they'd like.

How much can they pay?

They can choose to pay for the entire bill, or instead, have them add funds to your account, to partially pay for an invoice.

Is it possible to transfer server ownership to the subuser?

You will need to open a live chat so we can further assist you with this!
