How to find your server ID

This guide aims to simplify the process of locating your server ID. We've noticed that many users encounter difficulties in finding it, so we're here to assist you step by step. Let's begin.

Your server, along with its management options, can be accessed via WitherPanel. Ensure that you're on the correct page. If you need the server ID for your own server, deactivate "Show your servers". If you require the server ID for a friend's server (if you've been added as a subuser), activate it. For the purposes of this guide, we'll focus on locating the server ID for your own server. Locate the desired server and click on it.

🔍 Through the Information Box 🔍

Upon clicking, you'll be directed to the console page. Above the console, you'll notice a box displaying various details about your server, including its name, IP address, and the node it's hosted on.
The server ID is the alphanumeric code next to the # symbol.

You can click on it to copy the ID and send it to us via live chat for the support you require regarding your server!

⚙️ Through the Settings Tab ⚙️

While on the console page, navigate to the "Settings" button on the left navbar.

In the settings page, locate the "Debug Information" box. Within it, you'll find the node and your server ID! This ID is essentially an extension of the first 8 alphanumeric characters displayed in the console.

You can click on it to copy the ID and send it to us via live chat for the support you require regarding your server!

🔗 Through the URL 🔗

Once again, ensure you're on the console page. You'll observe that the URL has changed. This URL contains your server ID as well! You can send us the entire URL, or simply the last 8 characters of the URL, as they correspond to the server ID displayed in the console.
