How to find your server ID

This is a quick guide to explain how to find your server ID. We've seen many people struggling to find it, so we will guide you through! Let's get started.\


Your server, and managing it will be available at WitherPanel . Make sure you're on that page. If you need the server ID of your own server, make sure to toggle "Showing your servers" off, if you need the server ID of your friend's server ( if you were added as a subuser ), toggle it on. In this article we will explain for our own server. Find the server that you want, and click on it.


🔍 Via information box 🔍



You'll then be on the console page. Look above the console, you will see a boxes containing information of your server, such as it's name, ip address, the node it's on, etc.
The server ID is the letters and numbers beside the #



You can click on it to copy it, and send this ID to us in the live chat for support you need regarding your server!


⚙️ Via settings tab ⚙️



Once you're in the console page, click the "Settings" button at the left navbar.

When you're in that page, you'll find a box named "Debug Information". In that, you'll find the node, as well as your server ID! This ID is basically the extension of the first 8 letters and numbers that the ID at the console shows.

You can click on it to copy it, and send this ID to us in the live chat for support you need regarding your server!




🔗 Via URL 🔗



Once again, make sure you're in the console page. You'll then find the URL has changed. That URL contains your server ID as well! You can send us the URL, or just the last 8 characters of the URL to us, as that is the same as the server ID you see on console
