This is a quick guide to explain how to find your server ID. We've seen many people struggling to find it, so we will guide you through! Let's get started

Your server, and managing it will be available at https://witherpanel.com/ . Make sure you're on that page. If you need the server ID of your own server, make sure to toggle "Showing your servers" off, if you need the server ID of your friend's server ( if you were added as a subuser ), toggle it on. In this article we will explain for our own server. Find the server that you want, and click it

Method 1 - Via information box

You'll then be on the console page. Look at the left of the console, you will see a box containing information of your server, such as it's name, ip address, the node it's on, etc.
In that box, there is a fingerprint-like icon, and beside that, is letters and numbers. That is your server ID.

You can click on it to copy it, and send this ID to us in the live chat for support you need regarding your server!

Method 2 - Via settings tab

Once you're in the console page, click the "Settings" button at the left navbar.

When you're in that page, you'll find a box named "Debug Information". In that, you'll find the node, as well as your server ID! This ID is basically the extension of the first 8 letters and numbers that the ID at the console shows.

You can click on it to copy it, and send this ID to us in the live chat for support you need regarding your server!

Method 3 - Via URL

Once again, make sure you're in the console page. You'll then find the URL has changed. That URL contains your server ID as well! You can send us the URL, or just the last 8 characters of the URL to us, as that is the same as the server ID you see on console
