In this article, we will learn how to add a subuser to your billing account. It is useful to use if you want someone else to pay for your invoices, check your service details, or manage your billing account in general!

First, make sure you are logged into your account at the client area. Then, head on over to manage contacts



Then, we will add a new contact by clicking the "Add contact" button



Fill out the information regarding the subuser to be added. It's similar to filling out details when you were signing up.



Once you have filled out the details, you can add/remove permissions for this subuser. There are a wide variety of options to choose from, so pick what you think is required for the subuser you are adding! There are also some pre-defined permissions such as "Accounting", "full privileges", and "technical staff".



Once you are done choosing your permissions, click on submit and the user will be added!

Make sure the subuser checks their email to gain their privileges!
