What to do if your service is pending?



If you've come to this article, chances are your service is still "pending" on the client panel. We'll cover what this means and what you can do about it in this article!


🤔 Scenarios 🤔



Your service may not be created yet due to a variety of possible situations such as:

You ordered a service in a location that just went out of stock. (You can ask us if the location is in stock.)
You have still not paid the invoice related to the service.

Important! Sometimes payments may take a few minutes to go through. Please wait up to 10 minutes for an invoice to be marked as paid. If you have paid twice, the extra money will be credited to your account, which can be used for future server payments.

There is a possible pending upgrade/downgrade/cancellation of your server.

Once you have checked to see if you meet all the criteria and it still has not activated, there may be another reason behind the service being pending that is an issue on our end. In that case, please open a live chat or a Discord support ticket (if you have premium) and we will help you out!
